Our Process for Full Event Design
1. Discovery Call (Free Consultation)
Discuss your event details, mood, floral style, and budget. We'll explore ideas that align with your setting and goals.
2. Proposal & Inspiration Deck
Receive a floral proposal with creative direction, pricing, and itemized floral elements—including setup/pack-down fees if needed.
3. Secure Your Date
Confirm your event date with a 50% deposit to begin planning.
4. Mockups & Material Planning
For installation events, we’ll provide sketches or digital mockups of key pieces and finalize materials 30+ days in advance.
5. Day-Of Installation
On the day of your event, our team installs and styles your florals on-site. Set-up/Pack-down services are available as needed.
