What to Expect for Your Floral Investment
Every wedding is unique. Most couples allocate 10–20% of their total wedding budget for florals. At Pearson Floral Designs, our collections begin at $5,000, with most couples investing between $5,000–$12,000 for a full-service floral experience — including ceremony, reception, and personal flowers.

Final investment is influenced by guest count, venue, bloom choices, and design complexity — which is why we create a custom proposal aligned with your vision.

Discovery & Vision Alignment
After your date is reserved, we begin with a design conversation to understand your story, priorities, venue, and aesthetic. We explore color palettes, mood, seasonal blooms, and the emotional tone you want your florals to evoke.

DESIGN DIRECTION & DEVELOPMENT
Using your selected package as a foundation, we develop a cohesive floral direction tailored to your celebration. This includes floral selections, scale, textures, and design details that create continuity from ceremony to reception.

PROPOSAL & REFINEMENT
You’ll receive a custom floral proposal outlining design concepts and investment. We refine thoughtfully — balancing beauty, intention, and value — until everything feels aligned with your vision.

VENUE & SCALE PLANNING
For Lush & Layered, Signature Statement, and Couture Floral Experience packages, an optional venue walk-through and design preview may be included. This allows us to refine scale, placement, and floral impact within your space — ensuring the design complements your venue’s architecture, light, and flow.

FINAL DESIGN REVIEW
Approximately 45 days before your event, we conduct a final design review to confirm counts, palettes, and key details. This ensures every arrangement feels intentional, cohesive, and fully aligned with your vision.

DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & ARTFUL EXECUTION
On your wedding day, our team manages delivery, installation, and styling with precision and care. Every arrangement is placed intentionally so your florals feel seamless, elevated, and emotionally resonant — in person and in every photograph.

Choose Your Package
Select the wedding floral package that best aligns with your vision, celebration style, and starting floral investment. Each package is thoughtfully designed as a flexible starting point.

Complete Form
After selecting your package, you’ll complete a short customization form. This allows us to learn about your color palette, venue, aesthetic preferences, and floral priorities so we can prepare thoughtfully for your event.

Reserve Your Date
When checking out, you must select the QuickBooks Online – 50% Deposit payment option. This ensures you are not charged in full at checkout.
After checkout, you’ll receive a secure QuickBooks Online invoice within 24 hours to submit your 50% retainer using most major payment methods. This approach keeps the process flexible and avoids full payment upfront.

Confirmation
Once your retainer is received, we’ll confirm your date, review your event details, and schedule your first design consultation. From there, we begin shaping a custom floral plan aligned with your vision and venue.
Before You Book — What to Know
Payment & Booking
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
Your date and design are secured in our schedule only once your deposit is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund of your deposit, less any hard goods already purchased.
Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance planning and floral ordering.
Changes, Revisions & Substitutions
Design revisions may be requested up to 45 days before the event.
Budget increases are typically accommodated; reductions cannot be made once materials are ordered.
While we honor your preferred palette and florals, reasonable substitutions may occur due to seasonal or supply variations.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Fees are quoted based on venue location, access, and setup complexity.
Clients must confirm access times and provide accurate venue details at least 14 days before the event.
Weather & Force Majeure
For outdoor events, clients assume all weather-related risk.
In unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (venue closure, natural disasters, etc.), we will make every reasonable effort to adapt services.
