Every wedding is unique. Most couples allocate 10–20% of their total wedding budget for florals. At Pearson Floral Designs, our collections begin at $3,000, with most couples investing between $5,000–$12,000 for a full-service floral experience — including ceremony, reception, and personal flowers.

These numbers are a starting point. The final investment is influenced by your guest count, venue, bloom choices, and design complexity — which is why we work with you to create a custom proposal aligned with your vision.

Approximately 45 days before your event, we’ll confirm final counts, colors, and design adjustments. This ensures that every arrangement reflects your vision perfectly — from your bouquet to the tablescape.

Delivery, Setup & Celebration

Our team handles delivery, setup, and styling on the day of your wedding. Each bloom is placed with intention so your florals look flawless in person and in every photograph.
Before You Book — What to Know
Payment & Booking
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date, based on your selected floral budget. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
No floral design or production will begin until full payment is received. Once confirmed, your date and design are fully secured in our schedule.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event are eligible for a 75% refund of the deposit, less any hard goods (such as vases, vessels, or candles) already purchased.
Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable due to advance labor planning and floral procurement.
Changes, Revisions & Substitutions
Design revisions may be requested up to 45 days before the event, depending on product availability and design approval.
Budget increases can typically be accommodated; however, reductions are not permitted once materials have been ordered or reserved.
We strive to honor your preferred flowers and color palette. In rare cases, substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal or supply limitations — any adjustments will always reflect the agreed aesthetic and value.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Delivery, setup, and teardown fees are quoted based on your venue’s location, access, and setup complexity.
Clients are responsible for confirming venue access times and providing accurate delivery details (address, point of contact, and setup instructions) at least 14 days before the event.
Pearson Floral Designs is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
Weather & Force Majeure
For outdoor weddings and events, clients assume all weather-related risk. Pearson Floral Designs is not liable for damage caused by wind, rain, or heat once delivery is complete.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or venue closures), we will make every reasonable effort to adapt services. However, fulfillment or refunds cannot be guaranteed.
We know the details matter — both creative and logistical. Our goal is to make your floral planning process as effortless as possible, so you can feel confident that every arrangement will come together seamlessly and beautifully on your wedding day.
