From Film to Florals: A Journey of Creative Expression
Meet the Founder
Janice Pearson, Chief Floral Officer
Certified floral designer. Former cinematographer. Visual storyteller.

I’m Janice Pearson, a certified floral designer with roots in cinematography and a deep respect for the emotional power of visual storytelling. In the early 2000s, I worked in feature film production as a cinematographer, where I learned how to shape mood, meaning, and memory through light and composition.
After 2008, my path led me behind the scenes as a studio executive and later into the world of media technology—sharpening my skills in leadership, design thinking, and innovation. But through it all, I never lost my love for the visual arts. Today, I bring that same artistic eye, technical precision, and storytelling instinct to every floral arrangement I create.
Floral design allows me to blend my background in color theory, composition, and narrative with the deeply human joy of helping people celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Whether it’s a wedding, a creative editorial, or a simple bouquet that turns an ordinary Tuesday into something special—I design florals that don’t just look beautiful… they feel unforgettable.
Our Design Philosophy
At Pearson Floral Designs, we believe florals should do more than decorate—they should evoke emotion, tell a story, and mark a moment. Our work is guided by:
-
Artistic composition and color theory
-
Classical elegance blended with modern minimalism
-
Deep respect for personal milestones and meaningful moments
Whether we’re designing for a wedding, editorial shoot, or everyday beauty, our goal is always the same: to create florals that are as unforgettable as the occasion.
Let’s Design Something Beautiful
Whether you're celebrating love, memory, or creativity—we’d be honored to be part of your story.
