Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item was damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong arrangement, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For Custom Arrangements and Floral Subscriptions:
We are committed to providing you with the best quality and design, but due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers and the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide a refund or accept returns. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items that are sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The care for the piece purchased is entirely the responsibility of the customer and recipient. Please see our Floral Care blog on our Resources page to learn more about how to care for and preserve the longevity of your arrangement or contact us directly. We may be able to offer guidance on how to recondition the flowers to help restore them.
Floral Subscriptions may be paused or customers may skip a delivery with at least 72 hours’ notice. Subscriptions may be cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
For Wedding Floral Packages:
Cancellations made 60+ days prior to your event are eligible for a 75% refund of the deposit, less any hard goods (e.g., vases, vessels, candles) already purchased. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, due to labor planning and perishable inventory sourcing.
