1. Payment & Booking 💳
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, based on your selected floral budget.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
  • No floral work will commence until full payment has been received.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations made 60+ days prior to your event are eligible for a 75% refund of the deposit, less any hard goods (e.g., vases, vessels, candles) already purchased.
  • Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, due to labor planning and perishable inventory sourcing.
3. Changes, Revisions & Substitutions
  • Design changes may be requested up to 45 days prior to the event, subject to availability of product and approval.
  • Budget increases can typically be accommodated; however, budget reductions after booking are not permitted once materials have been ordered or reserved.
  • We strive to honor your selected palette and floral preferences. However, seasonal availability and supply conditions may require substitutions. All substitutions will reflect the agreed-upon aesthetic and value.
  • We do not guarantee specific flower varieties unless previously confirmed in writing.
4. Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
  • Delivery, setup, and teardown fees are included or quoted separately based on venue location, access, and complexity.
  • The client is responsible for confirming venue access times and ensuring clear setup instructions are provided.
  • It is the client's responsibility to confirm all delivery details, including addresses, points of contact, and access information, no later than 14 days before the event.
  • We are not liable for delays or product issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information
5. Weather& Force Majeure
  • For outdoor events, client assumes all weather-related risk. We are not responsible for damage due to wind, rain, or extreme heat once delivery is complete.
  • In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue closures), we will make every reasonable effort to adapt services but cannot guarantee fulfillment or refunds.
