    1. How It Works

    Choose your frequency: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly

    Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically
    each month    , based on the number of scheduled deliveries that month.

    Delivery Schedule: You’ll receive your arrangements
    on the same day of the week, every week (e.g., every Thursday).

    Designs vary seasonally and are customized to suit
    your selected color palette and style preferences.
    2. Transparent Pricing

    To ensure flexibility and fairness:

    • You are only billed once per month—no unexpected or duplicate charges.
    • For months with five delivery weeks, your monthly total will reflect the additional delivery. Example: If your weekly arrangement is $200: 4-week month = $800 or 5-week month = $1,000
    • Pricing is always calculated as: [Price per delivery] × [Number of deliveries that month]
    3. Flexibility You Can Count On

    Pause or skip a delivery: Need to travel or take a break? You may pause your subscription or skip a delivery with at least 72 hours’ notice.

    Cancel anytime: Cancel or adjust your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle—no long-term commitment.

    Gifting: Subscriptions make wonderful gifts and can be customized or transferred as needed.
