Booking & Payment Details

  • Booking Policy:

    To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required.

    Final payment is due 30 days before your wedding.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Cancel 60 days in advance → 75% refund of deposit.

    Any hard goods already procured are non-refundable and will be invoiced separately.

We’ll spend one hour discussing your floral vision, color palette, venue, and budget. I’ll help you prioritize floral elements to make
the most of your space and investment.

2. Receive a Custom Proposal

After our consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal with preliminary design concepts, estimated costs, and
delivery/set-up/pack-down fees.

We’ll review this together on a Zoom call.

3. Secure Your Date

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to lock in your wedding date.

4. Venue Visit + Visual Mockups (for budgets $5,000+)

Sixty days before your event, we’ll visit the venue to finalize logistics. You’ll receive digital mockups of your key floral pieces to
ensure we’re aligned on the look and feel.

5. Final Payment + Final Touches

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. I’ll finalize flower sourcing and ensure every detail is prepared for a flawless installation.
