2. Receive a Custom Proposal
After our consultation, youāll receive a detailed proposal with preliminary design concepts, estimated costs, and
delivery/set-up/pack-down fees.
Weāll review this together on a Zoom call.
3. Secure Your Date
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to lock in your wedding date.
4. Venue Visit + Visual Mockups (for budgets $5,000+)
Sixty days before your event, weāll visit the venue to finalize logistics. Youāll receive digital mockups of your key floral pieces to
ensure weāre aligned on the look and feel.
5. Final Payment + Final Touches
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. Iāll finalize flower sourcing and ensure every detail is prepared for a flawless installation.
