    1. Design & Delivery Policy
    • Lead Time: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all custom floral orders to ensure we can source the freshest blooms and prepare your design with the attention it deserves.
    • Rush Orders: Requests with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to availability and will incur a rush fee. Please contact us directly before placing a rush order.
    • Looking for something fast? Designer’s Choice arrangements are available on a shorter timeline.
    • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday during business hours. No deliveries on Sundays or major holidays.
    2. Payment Terms
    • Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Because all custom florals are made to order, we do not accept payment on delivery or offer refunds once your order is in progress.
